“ I had the lamb shank special on pilau rice while my husband had a vegetarian Mali kofta. Food is beyond our expectations because the restaurant looks very humble. The lamb was cooked so well, the texture, and the sauce were perfect for me. We shared the fluffy garlic naan, a good portion for 4. Both mango drink and chai tea were tasty, and not too sweet. We also shared the ras malai, it's my 1st time, and it's sooooo good (our previous Indian desserts at other places were oily and too sweet) that I'll come back even just for this dessert. In general, it is way better than Dosa House & Dosa Factory on Kingsway. Prices are also very reasonable compared to other Steveston restaurants. ”
